MEETING PLANNER Hannibal Country Club is the perfect facility for your next business meeting. With totally private rooms, professional attention and a variety of menu possibilities, your meeting will be a success. You may either pre-select a meal from our banquet menu, choose a buffet or order from our Grill Room menu (limited to parties of 20 or less). We have a special Dinner Menu with a choice of Chicken, Beef or Fish with all the sides which works well for business meetings. Pre-ordering is recommended in order to provide prompt service for the business person on the go. Fax us your order in advance to ensure prompt service on arrival.Audio Visual: Equipment is available for a rental fee. Please specify which equipment you need for your meeting. Anything from screens to projectors and easels are available. Golf: Please contact the Hannibal Country Club’s PGA Golf Professional, Jeffrey Kent at 221-0629 with any questions about setting up a round of golf for your company and guests. WEDDING RECEPTIONS Hannibal Country Club provides its members and guests with the ideal canvas to make each event a masterpiece. Our professional Event Planner will orchestrate each detail, from the first concept to the grand finale, creating a unique and memorable occasion. The Hannibal Country Club provides an elegant and professional setting for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners and bridal showers, as well as a beautiful park-like setting for the wedding itself. Food and Beverage: The Country Club offers a full range of options for all your food and beverage needs. The Club offers the very best in full service, plated dinners, gorgeous buffets or cocktail-style hors d’oeuvres parties. The Club also provides full bar services, including fine wines, cocktails and beer. The Ballroom at the Hannibal Country Club has hosted some of the most elegant receptions in Hannibal, Missouri. The Club also offers many other choices of rooms to complement the Ballroom, including the Garden Room, the Formal Dining Room, and the Patio Terrace. The Ballroom can accommodate either a band or disc jockey. The Club also has a very nice dance floor available.
CONTRACT & FEES Hannibal Country Club abides by all written contracts. Cancellations must be made one week prior to the event. Hannibal Country Club is a member owned club, which requires a $250 deposit for all non-member functions. The Country Club requires that a minimum of $10/lunch and $15/dinner per guest be applied on a banquet. Any amount that does not meet this requirement will be applied to the bill as a room fee. The client is also subject to fees for any damage incurred by the client or their guests during the event. There are no sales tax charges to your event here at the club. Payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal check or cash are welcome. |
