The Hannibal Country Club offers a Theme series of Chef-Attended Stations. These Theme stations are available to accompany other food stations. The pairing of these Chef-Attended Stations with a Carving Station and an Hors d’ Oeuvres buffet makes for an exquisite and unique
banquet that allows guests to mingle.

The Carvery
There is nothing that speaks more of impressive elegance than your own personal Chef preparing banquet cuisine for you and your guests right before your eyes! A Chef-Attended Station will leave a “first class” impression on your guests.


Pasta Station
Choice of two pastas: Penne, Angel Hair, Linguini, Fettuccini or Bow Tie. Choice of two sauces: Alfredo, Marinara, Pesto Cream, Bolognaise w/meatballs.


Carved Herb-Roasted Beef Tenderloin
Served with Silver Dollar Rolls, Horseradish Sauces, Mushroom Demi-Glace or Béarnaise Sauce




Potato Bar
Large Idaho Potatoes with sour cream, shredded cheese, bacon bits, green onions, butter, prosciutto, carmelized Maui onions.


Carved Roasted Smoked Turkey Breast
Served with Silver Dollar Rolls, Rémoulade Sauce, Mayonnaise and Mustard, Pickles and Onions


Taco Station
Flour & Corn tortillas, Carne Asada, seasoned ground beef, Pork Carnitas, guacamole, shredded cheese, sour cream & onions.


Carved Candied Glaze Pit Ham
Served with Silver Dollar Rolls, Cherry-Raisin Sauce, Mayonnaise and Mustard, Pickles and Onions .


Nacho Bar
Fresh Corn Tortilla Chips served with Chili Con Queso, Guacamole, Sour Cream & Jalapenos.


Carved Oven-Roasted Round of Beef
Served with Silver Dollar Rolls, Horseradish Sauce, Au Jus Glace, Mayonnaise and Mustard, Pickles and Onions.


Mexican Burrito Station
Build-your-own Burrito station with: Marinated Steak, Refried beans, guacamole, shredded cheese, sliced onions, salsa and condiments.


Carved Rack of Lamb
Served with Mint-Cilantro Sauce.


Seafood Buffet
Alaskan King Crab Claws, Oysters on the Half-Shell, Peeled Shrimp and Seafood Bisque.
