Banquet Contract

BANQUET FACILITIES

Hannibal Country Club is a full-service banquet facility, equipped to accommodate any occasion. We have formal, garden and grand hall rooms with a total seating capacity up to 200 guests. The professional staff of the Hannibal Country Club welcomes the opportunity to host your Wedding, Rehearsal Dinner, Luncheon, Business or Social Event.

Hannibal Country Club is a member owned club, which requires a non-refundable $600 deposit for the facility rental for all non-member functions. Please contact the clubhouse manager for further details. Banquet Packages are available for your immediate use. All non-members must be sponsored by an active member of the Hannibal Country Club.

CATERING PACKAGES

CONTRACT & FEES

Hannibal Country Club is a member owned club, which requires a non-refundable $600 deposit for the facility rental for non-member functions. Hannibal Country Club will abide by all written contracts. Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the event.

The club requires that a minimum of $10/lunch and $14/dinner per guest be applied on a banquet.  Any amount that does not meet this requirement will be applied to the bill as a room fee. Sales tax will be applied to food and beverage services.

Payment made by Cash, Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover are welcome.
